A1 Inn Niagara Falls

The rooms here are newly refurbished with comfortable beds, and the staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Compact and clean rooms with 1 bed, felt like home. The location was great for traveling around Niagara Falls, so close to the Red line visitor bus line to the Falls as well as Niagara Falls.

the rooms are exceptionally nice and perfect here with fridge, the bathroom, for example.

Comfortable rooms for two with welcoming staff! the central location makes it convenient, and there's a bus stop nearby 🚌.

the room I had did not have any updates for quite some time, cigarette burns in the carpet, no air, small tv, no phone, parking was a problem if you went out in the evening.

Room was very small but clean, staff friendly.

Convenience of location

Rooms need to updated and the bed and curtains were very worn, a coffee machine would be more convienent and some better taste in soaps and shampoo.

The location is excellent, close to everything, including bus stops and main attractions, perfect for the wedding stay.

Best value for the money, clean rooms, courteous staff, a pleasure to stay there.

Wifi reception was spotty

It was good experience there. not too far from the Niagara and has bus service right from the door.

This place is located in a great building in a wonderful, convenient location near bus stops, restaurants, stores, and nearby attractions.

Just that it was in Niagara Falls and we were able to walk downtown.

The bathroom was dirty and the tub paint had a massive whole in it. My shower whether in the morning or night was always cold. The barbecue facilities was not what I expected. There was one tiny run down barbecue that looked like it was ready to fall apart.

Clean bed and hot water...

Room was very small, air conditioner could not be controlled and it was way too cold in the room, bugs in the room, coffee in the morning was instant coffee and there was not even enough hot water in the pot to make the instant coffee, reception desk area is dirty and smells bad, overall not a good outlook of the reception.
